Cancellation by Client
- Clients may cancel a booking by notifying Way2Cinema in writing or via email.
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 3-6 days before the service may incur a 25% charge.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the service may not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by Way2Cinema
- We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including location availability, legal restrictions, or safety concerns.
- In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or alternative dates/services whenever possible.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days of approval. Clients are responsible for providing accurate banking or payment details.
